As we welcome 2026, it is a moment to pause and reflect on the journey of the past year. The year 2025 brought its share of challenges and growth, shaping the path ahead. This reflection is not just about looking back but also about recognizing the resilience and dedication that carried us through. It is about acknowledging the bumps and surprises, appreciating the efforts, and setting a clear vision for what lies ahead. The IT landscape is evolving rapidly, and with it comes a new era—one that demands stronger security, smarter systems, and a renewed focus on people.

A Great Big Thank You.
First things first, we must say "Thank You". I truly appreciate 2025, all the challenges, changes and growth we have experienced. Thank you to our past, present, and future customers. All the opportunities you have provided us to grow truly is appreciated. Even the unfortunate incidents, through the years, the outages from Microsoft, CloudFlare, and AWS. We have had less that 4 hours of total outages where any one company was globally down across all of our customers. For those who are counting that is ⭐ “Three and a half nines,” or more precisely: 99.954% uptime Again, thank you for the opportunity to achieve this success. We were able to achieve this through product selection, architectural design and our proactive response systems.
A Year of Growth, Changes and Challenges
2025 was a year marked by rapid change. The introduction of new services and technologies pushed boundaries and raised expectations. This fast pace created pressure and sometimes strain, but it also opened doors to new opportunities. Growth is rarely easy, and the challenges along the way are part of the process. It is important to recognize the effort it took to navigate these changes.
We worked long hours, solved complex problems, and adapted to shifting needs. With commitment we ensured that clients continued to receive reliable support even as the company evolved. This resilience is the foundation on which the future will be built.
The People Behind the Progress
At the heart of every achievement are the people who made it possible. From technicians and engineers to operations, support, and leadership, every role contributed to building a stronger, more capable organization. Team members brought fresh ideas and energy, enriching the culture and mission.
Together, this community created trust and stability. They showed up when challenges arose and worked collaboratively to find solutions. This spirit of dedication and care is what transforms a company into a community. Which reflects to the services we provide.
Defining a New Era in "IT"
The year 2026 marks the beginning of a new era in IT. This era is not just about technology but about how technology serves people and organizations. IT is evolving from a support function to a strategic partner focused on resilience, continuity, risk management, and trust.
Key elements of this new era include:
Stronger Security
Protecting data and systems against increasingly sophisticated threats is a top priority. This means adopting advanced security measures and proactive monitoring.
Clearer Processes
Streamlined workflows and transparent communication improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Smarter Systems
Leveraging automation and intelligent tools to enhance performance and reduce manual tasks.
People-Centered Technology
Designing solutions that are intuitive and responsive to user needs, making technology an enabler rather than a barrier.
Direct User Training
We will be providing training, not only on general knowledge IT, but on company specific options. Including user workflow training services and more.
This shift requires a unified approach, bringing together lessons learned, new talent, and innovative thinking.

Building on Lessons Learned
The experiences of 2025 provided valuable insights. Some systems needed rethinking, processes required refinement, and communication had to be clearer. These lessons are now the building blocks for improvement.
For example, early in 2025, a major client lacked the knowledge of what we truly provided, for this I take responsibility. As we evolve, we are adapting, in the new era, building a more communicative and training rich environment. The ability to provide higher level progress reports, with a more proactive design including business growth plan for our customers. Can you say vCIO?
Strengthening Identity and Mission
As the company steps into this new era, it is essential to clarify its identity and mission. This means defining what the organization stands for and how it delivers value.
As we always have for the past 25 years, the mission centers on doing the right thing for clients and colleagues. It means showing up consistently, solving problems creatively, and maintaining trust. This clear purpose guides decision-making and inspires commitment.
Looking Ahead with Confidence
The momentum gained in recent years sets a strong foundation for 2026. With a focus on security, clarity, and people, the company is positioned to meet future challenges with confidence.
Plans for the year include:
Expanding training programs to keep skills current for the customer's users
Investing in new technologies that enhance service delivery
Strengthening partnerships with clients through transparent communication
Continuing to build a supportive and inclusive culture
These steps will help ensure that the new era is one of growth, stability, and shared success.

Final Thoughts
Entering 2026, the focus is clear: build on the past, embrace the new era, and prioritize people. The journey ahead will require continued effort, but the foundation is strong. By learning from challenges, appreciating the team’s dedication, and committing to clear goals, the future looks promising. The direction has never been clearer. Let's all work together to make your business grown and be the strongest possible solution.
