1. Basis of Quote
All quotes provided by Streamline Networks Inc are based solely on the information supplied by the client at the time of the request. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate and complete.

2. Subject to Change
Quotes are estimates only and are subject to change if:

Additional requirements are identified

Inaccurate or incomplete information was provided

Market conditions or vendor pricing changes occur prior to acceptance
3. Validity Period
Quotes are valid for limited time from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After this period, pricing and availability may change.

4. Scope of Services
Quotes reflect the scope of services discussed and agreed upon at the time of request. Any modifications or additions will require a revised quote.

5. Exclusions
Unless specifically stated, quotes do not include taxes, shipping, or third-party fees.

6. Acceptance
A quote does not constitute a binding agreement. Services will commence only after formal acceptance and execution of a service agreement or purchase order.

9. Force Majeure
Streamline Networks Inc shall not be held responsible for delays or cost changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory changes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
