To ensure optimal performance and reliability of our MSP services, we require minimum standards for system ages, managed services, and connections. We assist in upgrading to deliver top-notch performance, security, and stability.

Minimum System Age Requirements of existing equipment

1. Servers

   • Must be no older than 7 years

   • Regularly updated with the latest firmware and security patches

   • Operating system must be still considered supported by Microsoft

2. Workstations

   • Must be no older than 5 years

   • Equipped with modern processors and sufficient RAM (minimum 8GB, 16GB recommended)

   • Any system not under manufacture warranty is considered replaceable and not repairable

   • Operating system must be still considered supported by Microsoft

3. Networking Equipment

   • Must be in full working order and not extend in age beyond modern performance standards

   • Must support standard management protocols

   • Must be free of any security vulnerabilities

   • Defect free and working order.

   • High-speed internet connection

   • Gateway Firewall that supports VPN and log capturing to monitor security.
